Pink Champagne Punch - Combine 6 oz thawed lemonade concentrate, 2 cups brandy, and 1/2 cup grenadine. Stir in 28 oz ginger ale, 28 oz club soda and 2 bottles pink Champagne
Red Velvet Punch - Combine 8 oz cranberry juice, 6 oz thawed orange juice concentrate, 6 oz thawed pineapple juice concentrate and 6 oz lemonade concentrate thawed. Add 2 cups brandy. Refrigerate. At serving, add 2 bottles chilled dry Champagne
Basic Sangria – Pour 1 bottle red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Rioja reds, Zinfandel, or Shiraz) into pitcher. Cut 1 lemon and 1 orange into wedges. Squeeze the juice from the wedges into the wine and toss in the fruit wedges. Add 2 Tbsp sugar and 1 shot brandy. Chill overnight. Add 2 cups ginger ale or club soda before serving. (Could also add sliced strawberries, peaches, raspberries, apple slices, a shot or 2 of gin, apricot or peach brandy, rum or spiced rum, lemon lime soda or lime juice.)
Strawberry Sangria - pour 1 bottle Rose wine into a pitcher and add 1 cup of sliced strawberries. Add 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 1/2 cups strawberry lemonade and stir gently. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight. Right before serving, add 2 cups ginger ale or lemon lime soda
Simple White Wine Sangria – 1 Bottle of white wine (Riesling, Albarino, Chablis, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, or Sauvignon Blanc) poured in pitcher. Cut 3 oranges, 1 lemon and 1 lime into wedges. Squeeze into the wine, toss in the fruit wedges add 2/3 cup white sugar. Chill overnight. Add 1/2 liter of club soda or ginger ale just before serving.
Just Peachy White Wine Sangria – Pour 1 bottle white wine and 1/2 cup peach schnapps in pitcher. Add 2 sliced peaches, 1 sliced orange and 1/2 mango peeled and sliced. Stir in 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar. Chill for at least 1 hour. Add 1/2 liter ginger ale right before serving.
Apricot Champagne Sangria – Combine 1 bottle of well chilled Champagne, 2 pitted and diced apricots, 1 oz apricot brandy and 1/4 sugar. Serve immediately to prevent Champagne bubbles from going flat.
