Caramel Apple Martini- 2 parts Bacardi Big Apple Rum, 1/2 part butterscotch schnapps. Shake with ice, strain into glass and top with Sprite if desired.

Combine 1 part Bacardi Big Apple Rum with 4 parts sweet and sour mix
OR: 2 parts Bacardi Big Apple Rum, 1/2 part apple juice, shake with ice and strain, top with Sprite
