Brandy Cobbler - Dissolve 1 tsp powdered sugar in 2 oz club soda. Pour into 10 oz goblet filled with crushed ice. Add Brandy.
Brandy Daisy - Add the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 tsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp grenadine, 2 oz Brandy. Shake with ice and strain
Brantini - 1 1/2 oz Brandy, 1 oz Gin, dash of dry vermouth. Shake with ice and strain
Bailey's Blizzard - 1/2 oz Brandy, 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps, 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream, 4 oz vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth
Ginger Mist - 2 dashes lemon juice, 1.5 oz ginger ale, 1.5 oz Ginger Brandy. Combine over crushed ice.
Ginger Snap - 3/4 oz Captain Morgan, 4 oz egg nog, 1/2 oz Ginger Brandy- whirl in blender
Jelly Bean - 1 part Peppermint Schnapps, 1 part Blackberry Brandy
Shake over ice, strain into shot glass
