Sunny Day - 2/5 part Benedictine, 3/5 part grapefruit juice

Crazy Ben - 1/5 part Benedictine, 4/5 tonic or soda, splash of lemon juice

Moon Star - 1/3 part Benedictine, 1/3 part Vodka, 1/3 part pineapple juice
OR add Benedictine to coffee, top with whipped cream
