Jim Beam Mint Julep

whiskey1In a Collins glass, dissolve a pinch of granulated sugar in a splash of water. Fill glass with crushed ice and add Jim Beam Bourbon. Stir contents until glass becomes frosty, adding more ice if necessary. (Don't hold glass in hand while stirring) Garnish glass with sprigs of mint.

whiskey2Lynchburg Lemonade - 1 part Jack Daniel's Whiskey, 1 part triple sec, 1 part sour mix, stir with 4 parts lemon-lime soda

Hot Tennessee Toddy - Pour 1 part Jack Daniel's Whiskey into heavy mug. Add spoonful of honey, cinnamon stick and squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Top with boiling water and stir

whiskey3Kentucky Margarita - In blender with ice, whirl 1 1/4 part Jim Beam Bourbon, splash triple sec, splash sweet and sour mix. Serve in salt rimmed glass with wedge of lime.

Seattle Manhattan - 1/2 part Kahlua, 1/2 part sweet vermouth, 1 part Jim Beam Bourbon. Shake with ice and strain

Weekend Punch - 3 cups Jim Beam Bourbon, 1 quart cranberry juice, 2 cups pineapple juice, 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice. Combine in punch bowl, freeze part in ice cube tray and refrigerate the rest. At serving add punch ice and 25 oz ginger ale

Black Beauty - 1/2 part Jim Beam Bourbon, 1 part peach schnapps, splash cranberry juice- shake over ice and strain into martini glass rimmed with sugar

whiskey4Turkey Trot - 2 cups cranberry juice, 2 cups 7-Up, 1 cup Wild Turkey. Mix in pitcher and pour over ice.

Turkey Ball - 1 oz Wild Turkey, 3/4 oz Amaretto, splash pineapple juice. Shake with ice and strain into shot glass.

Turkey Feather - 2 oz Wild Turkey, 1/2 oz Drambuie, 1/4 oz Amaretto. Shake with ice and strain into martini glass

Cherokee - 1 1/2 oz Wild Turkey, 6 1/2 oz 7-Up, 1 tsp cherry juice or grenadine. Shake with ice and strain into glass over ice. Add a cherry.

whiskey5Alaskan Pipeline - 1/2 shot Yukon Jack, 1/2 shot Amaretto, shake with ice and strain into shot glass

Kentucky Wildcat - 1/2 oz Jack Daniels, 1/2 oz Southern Comfort, 1/2 oz Yukon Jack, 1/2 oz Jim Beam, 2 oz sweet and sour mix, 2 oz Cola- similar to Long Island iced tea

Klondike - Fill cocktail glass with ice, add 1 1/2 oz Irish Cream, then 1 1/2 oz Yukon Jack and stir

Dr Jack - 2 oz Yukon Jack in glass, fill with Dr. Pepper

Triple Pleasure - 1 oz Vodka, 1 oz Tequila, 1 oz Yukon Jack with 2 oz cranberry juice, 2 oz orange juice and 2 oz pineapple juice
OR- just enjoy Yukon Jack over ice with a squeeze of lime
